For SS series model, we adopts photoelectric tracking correction system; add belt pulley system, not chain, more stable, and no noise; Speed arrage from 80-300m/min; Machine blades can be adjust according to your required.
For QFJ serier slitting machine, it adopts computer control, photoelectric tracking correction system, winding tension control by magnetic powder clutch through PLC touch screen to realize automatic tension control. Unwinding tension is controlled by magnetic powder brake and automatic tension. The rewinding shaft adopts an inflatable shaft, with automatic air pressure, so that the rewinding shaft can automatically rise and fall. The frequency converter controls the working speed of the whole machine and is equipped with an automatic meter counting device. It has the advantages of smooth incision, neat winding end surface, and easy follow-up processing.
